GHS Healthcare is the flagship of GHS Group Holdings, the UK group Barney founded in 2018 and chairs as Group CEO. It delivers home care and supported living for adults and children with physical disabilities and complex needs — combining clinical standards with the dependability families look for.
Barney built GHS after seeing skilled, culturally grounded care workers consistently undervalued by the sector. By making training, respect and progression the core of the culture, GHS grew within a decade into a group employing 60+ people — and the platform from which two sister companies were launched.
