BMK Management is the boutique consultancy Barney founded in 2013, his first venture after arriving in the UK — promoting sustainable entrepreneurship across sport, culture and the creative sectors. It helped founders, artists and organisations build value chains, structure ventures and scale ideas without losing what made them distinctive.
It remains the proving ground for the operator’s instinct that runs through everything since: strategy grounded in having actually built and run businesses, not theory.
